What এর ব্যবহার
What এর ব্যবহার:- সাধারণত ব্যক্তি বাচক Singular ও Plural subject, object, complement – এর পরিবর্তে what ব্যবহৃত হয়। যেমন-
- I like to drink coffee.
- What do you like to drink?
- She plans to go abroad next year.
- What does she plan to do next year?
- Father forbade me to go out at night.
- What did father forbid you to do?
Main Verb যদি Be verb am, is, are, was, were, has, have হয় তবে বাক্যের গঠন হবে-
What + Be verb + subject + Ectension.
যেমন-
- Her name is ruba.
- What is her name?
- Rahims brother is a football player.
- What is Rahims brother?
- It is twenty minutes past ten now.
- What is the time now?
What দ্বারা যদি subject কে প্রশ্ন করা হয়। তা হলে গঠণ হবে-
What + Main Verb + Object.
Example:-
- His success made me happy.
- What made you happy?
- This noise disturbed me.
- What disturbed you?
- A terrible accident happened there.
- What happened there?
কোন Sentence এর object উল্লিখিত কোন Adjective যদি Noun এর পূর্বে বসে Noun টির একটি বিশেষ ধরণের প্রকারভেদ বুঝাই এবং what দিয়ে যদি ঐ Adjective টিকে প্রশ্ন করা হয় তাহেলে Sentence এর গঠন হবে নিম্নরূপ-
Noun + auxiliary Verb + Subject + Main Verb + Extension.
Example:-
- They have a racing car.
- What kind of car do they have?
- He has bought a tragic play.
- What kind of play has he bought?
- He looks for a good job.
What kind of job does he look for?
