Rule NO 1

Reported Speech টি যদি Universel truth হয় তাহলে Reported Verb এর পর শুধু Inverted Comma তুলিয়া দিয়া that বসাতে হয়। তখন Reported Speech এর কোন পরিবর্তন হয় না।

Example:-

• Di: The Pious man said to the man, “Allah is everywhere.”
•  In: The pious man said to the man that Allah is everywhere.
• Di: Our elder brother said to us, “A little learning is a dangerous thing.”
•  In: Our elder brother said to us that a little learning is a dangerous thing.
• Di: I said to the haughty gird, “Empty vessel sounds much.”
• In: I said to the haughty girl that empty vessel sounds much.

N.B:- Inverted Comma এর পূর্বে এবং  Reporting Verb এর শেষে একটি Comma বসাতে হয়।আর Reported speech এর Fast latter capital latter  হয়।

• Di: The poor man said to the rich man, “Pride goes before destruction.”
• In: The poor man said to the rich man that pride goes before destruction.
• Di: The Terrorist said to the ordinary person, “Might is right.”
• In: The terrorist said to the ordinary person that might is right.

• Di: The girl said to girl lover, “Out of sight out of mind.”
• In: The girl said to her lover that out of sight out of mind.
• Di: Parent said to the suns, “Walking in the Moon is good for health.”
• In: Parents said to the sun that walking on the moon is good for health.

Rule NO 2:- Reporting Verb টি যদি Present Indefinite Tense এ থাকে তাহলে Reported Speech এর কোন পরিবর্তন হয় না।শুধু Person এর পরিবর্তন হয়। Example:-

• Di: She says, “ I wrote a letter to my sweetheart.”
• In: She says that she wrote a “later to her sweetheart.”

N.B: Reported Speech এর Subject যদি Fast Person হয় Reporting Verb এ subject  কে অনুস্বরণ করে Second  Person Object কে অনস্বরণ করে  3^rd  person হলে উহার কোন পরিবর্তন হয় না।
